Consultation
We strive for open and honest communication about our services. During the initial consultation, we will advise you about the litigation process and your prospects for achieving a positive result.
Attorney Tesha Clemmons or another staff member will spend a few minutes with you on the phone to determine if we can assist you with your legal needs.
In the event an appointment is necessary, we can schedule a consultation. You will be billed a rate of $265.00 per hour for a consultation.
If you sign an agreement to retain Clemmons Law Firm, the initial consultation fee will be waived.

Billing Procedures
A retainer is an amount paid to secure representation of a law firm or attorney. Clemmons Law Firm requires that a retainer be paid prior to beginning representation.
The retainer works as a deposit against future legal services. If there is a retainer balance at the conclusion of your case, you will receive a refund of the remaining balance.
Also, we require that clients maintain all or most of the retainer balance at all times during representation.
You will be told the amount of the retainer required during your initial consultation. It can range from $3500 to $50,000 - depending on the complexity of your case. Before quoting a retainer, we require an initial consultation in order to fully understand your unique situation and legal requirements.
